Had mayor problems with my computer software and battery, So I call iDEAL PC REPAIRS. They provided door to door service. Pickup the Laptop and by next business day. They return it repair, with all software restore and a new battery.

I' am a graduate student who depends greatly on my notebook. All my projects, research, e-books and alike are in my notebook. My notebook got infected on 4/13/2013 (Saturday night), the next day (Sunday) I went to PC USA and Solution Computers and both of them were closed. I was lucky enough to find iDeal PC Repairs business card and gave them a call, and as a blessing from God they are actually open "24/7." My notebook was repair within the hour at a fraction of the price other retailers charge (Best Buy, Staples, PC USA, Solution Computers etc). The service is excellent and the level of professionalism is by far more superior than any other I have experienced. I' am a customer for life, you don't receive this level of attention and service anywhere anymore! Thank you iDeal PC Repairs :)

My laptop was completely frozen and my friend told me about IDEAL PC REPAIRS had done some good work for her. So I got the number and gave them a call. They fix my Laptop in the conform, of my own home. Took then like two hour and my Laptop was as good as new.

A mi me reconmendo un amigo. A que llamajar Y no se equivoco. Esta jente saven lo que asen. Mi computadora Y mi network estanban mala. Yo llame y jegaron y en cosa de minutos ya el network estaba trabajando. Se llevo el Y me la trajo como en 4 horas, Baja nuevo. Estoy enpresonial. Esta jente son unos barbaros, baja saben lo que asen. Gracia ideal pc repairs.

Wow!!! That was super nice service. IMy computer was running very slow and I couldn't use my keypad, and also I got virus on my computer. I found their number and called . The same day, my computer got fix. Now it's a brand new computer. Great service, great price, and someone you also can trust with your computer. Thank you very much again.

La verdad que no me gusta recomendar a nadie pero,esta vez tengo la oportunidad de hacerlo con los ojos cerrados si tienen un problema con su computadora no duden en llamar a elvis porque ,el servicio que da es excelente,muy honesto y sobre todo tiene excelentes precios .gracias elvis por el servicio que me le diste a mi computador.la verdad muy profesional.la proxima vez no dudare en llamarte.

Mi computadora tenia un sonido cuando la prendia y llame a ideal pc repairs. En solo minuto de diagnose, me dijo que era un problema de hardware. Se la llevo y al otro dia esta corriendo bien. La piesa me costo $29.99 mas $45.00 el travajo. Que onesto son ello! Gracia ideal pc repairs.

I am a very busy woman with little time to spare. I had an amazing experience with ideal pc, I called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Elvis came to my house and diagnosed my computer and gave a very fair price for the repair. He took my computer and returned it the next day fully fixed. I am so happy with their customer service and convenience. I didnt have to leave my house and my computer is running fast with no problems. I already referred two of my friends to them.
